Senior Zumba Fitness is a safe and effective workout.  The program is 45 minutes long and includes light  cardiovascular dance and balance exercises.  
This particular class is geared toward individuals in their
50's, 60's and 70's.  The goal of the class is to produce
greater ease of movement and further mobility to help with activities of everyday living.
